* Payment for the entire reservation is made via Credit card or PayPal in a safe and secure environment.

* The funds collected  for the reservations are deposited directly into your account when the reservation is made.

* Once the reservation is made, you will be notified via email and in the front office reservation management system.

* Reservations are made for a Site Type, not a specific Site. Assignments to a specific Site are made later or at Check-in  to accommodate groups and people traveling together.   The system supports a bar coded check-in and check-out process.

* The System is completely FREE to RV Parks with no hidden fees or upfront costs.  The only cost to you for a Reservation is the credit card transaction fee charged by the credit card processor. 

* RVRES charges the guest a very nominal fee when the reservation is made by them from our system.  You can use the Front Office System to make reservations for phone-ins or walk-ins with no additional fee.

* There is no set up fee and you can cancel the service at any time.
